Sub: Ragging in educational Institutions
Respected sit,
Through the coloumns of your esteemed daily, I would express my deep concern about ragging, the same old social evil, that has resurfaced recently causing a lot of hue and cry.
We all know how menacing ragging has been in our educational Institutions over the years, forcing the freshers to undergo all sorts of physical and mental torture. This understandably results in a number of unpleasant situations, including many freshers abandoning their studies midway, many suffering serious phychological and emotional crises and worst of all some even committing suicide. Therefore, on behalf of a common people, I request to the higher auhority and educational minister to look into the matter and take a proper steps as soon as possible.
Thanking you
